The bearing capacity of the ball screw is greatly affected by the rigidity and high speed of the ball screw. The ball screw nut pair shall meet the following requirements during installation:

1. The ball screw nut pair should not have axial movement relative to the table;

2. The nut seat hole should be concentric with the screw installation axis;

3. The secondary line of ball screw nut should be parallel to the corresponding guide rail;

4. It can adjust the gap, pre tighten and Pre Stretch conveniently.

There are four common installation methods:

1. Fixed free: suitable for low speed, medium precision, short axial lead screw;

2. Support support: suitable for medium speed and medium precision;

3. Fixed support: suitable for medium speed;

4. Fixed fixed: suitable for high speed.
