It can be applied to large lead ratio (2.1).  

Ball screw pair instructions:

l. Do not clean the product before leaving the factory.

2. When using this product, the raceway should be strictly prevented from collision, so as not to affect the accuracy.

3. Do not allow the nut to go over the travel. In case of accidental dislocation, please send it back to our factory for reassembly.

4. During installation, ensure that the axis of the lead screw is parallel to the corresponding guide bus; the bearing seat and nut seat at both ends of the machine tool are in three points; the connecting shaft head of the lead screw and the motor shaft head are naturally concentric. The screw pair is subjected to radial force, bending moment and alternating motion rejection moment in the process of movement to ensure its service cleanliness and service life.

5. In order to ensure the movement accuracy, please control the axial movement of the lead screw within 5um and ensure the rigidity of each connection.

6. In order to ensure the service life, please strictly prevent the iron filings, dust, impurities and other particles from entering the working area of the lead screw pair, and make it in a good lubrication state. This product can choose lithium grease or lubricating oil with kinematic viscosity (40 ℃) of 28.5-74cst. Refer to table-12 for oil supply standard. Please consider forced lubrication and cooling when high speed and heavy load.

7. When using the external lead screw, please put the return bead cannula above.

8. When the screw pair is used vertically, there must be measures to prevent the screw pair from automatically reversing.
